Where Our Pokemon Watch Over Us, Always. Russetstone City is famous for it's legend of the Ghost Eevee and the festival that surrounds that legend held once a year. The city thrives from the festival and boasts a large department store and a large game corner. It also holds the third gym and the final contest building.
